John 8:31-32 

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Jesus taught that religious freedom is found only in knowing, believing, practicing, and continuing in the truth. Freedom is not offered to those who have believed the truth for most of their adult lives and then changed their minds and gone into error. One’s freedom ceases when he goes into error on a cardinal doctrine just as a U. S. citizen forfeits his rights when he commits a crime. If Baptists let the universal church heresy in our freedom will become invisible and soon we will be in visible bondage. Do we not have the God given right to be a identified only with those who we agree with on cardinal issues?

    Until recently Baptist people have always believed that the church is a local visible congregation of scripturally baptized believers. The word church means a congregation, an assembly, or a gathering-together. Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” How can you possibly have an invisible gathering-together or a congregation? 

    Have you ever seen an unassembled assembly? Take a picture of one and send it to me if you can! The universal church heresy makes as much sense as calling a stack of lumber a house. Who wants to live in a stack of lumber? A universal church is a figment of the imagination and it is non-existent.

    Let those who believe in the invisible church live in an invisible house on an invisible street in an invisible town. Let them shop in an invisible store and eat invisible food. Let them send their children to an invisible school which has invisible teachers. Let them drive invisible cars on invisible roads and over invisible bridges. Let an invisible mechanic fix their invisible cars. Let them go to an invisible doctor and check into an invisible hospital when they are sick. Better, yet, let them resign their pastorates in a visible church and let the invisible church that they believe in so strongly pay them an invisible salary. Let all so called Baptists who believe in the invisible church withdraw from visible associations and form invisible associations! Let them become invisible evangelicals and preach to invisible people while the rest of us become highly visible Landmark Baptists! Identify yourself or be counted as invisible! Are you visible or invisible? Is your freedom real or is it invisible? Are you in visible bondage to error by believing the invisible church heresy? Let us fight fiercely for truth and for the freedom to be identified only with those who believe in the local, visible, and tangible church! Be highly visible! COME ON, GET REAL!!!!!!!
